| Fun book; my nephew reads this over and over and over. Max the dog in an entertaining character, and the illustrations are beautiful and colorful. I like that real science is incorporated into the material as well--so even parents can learn something! |

| If you aren't acquainted with the format, the "Choose Your Own Adventure" books promise some extra fun by allowing readers the chance to make some decisions and take the story line down one path or another.
In the case of this book there are twelve possible endings. Unfortunately quite a few of them are "sub-standard", even from a child's perspective. | Frantastic Voyage is book five in this great series of adventures following one of the most interesting and well written child characters to come along in a very long time. For those who have only read this great book and are wondering which of Benton's former books in the series to buy first, I'd recommend Jim Benton's first three Franny K masterpieces Lunch Walks Among Us, Attack of the 50-Ft. | Andrew is a child genius inventor. His inventions take his cousin Judy and him on various adventures. Each adventure lasts four books (each book is almost always 75 pages) and it is possible to read adventures out of order. The books are filled with scientific facts: the author is an established biology children's textbook writer. I personally learned a lot of neat science from the books. Don't think these books are dry, Greenburg mixes in interesting facts throughout the adventure.

| Pro: It teaches your child how many teeth we have, name, type and shape and the reason why they are shape that way. I goes on showing few animals too.
Con: It mainly focus on animals and Liz. I used this book to teach my twin boys about loosing a tooth as one just lost one at age 5. |

| After I read the reviews for this book, I immediately checked it out of our local library. My son loves anything that has to do with math, and we are always looking for books about the subject. I have to say I was disappointed in the book, and my son was bored with it. It is rare that he is not glued to a math concept book, but this one just did not do it for him.
