| What a fun read, sure to please even those who are reluctant readers. It has everything a young person could want -- exploding volcanoes, a haunted closet and boogers! Another plus -- it is a very fast read. I laughed out loud as I read the antics of Mac and his friends. I can't wait to read it to my fourth graders. I know they will enjoy it as much as I did. I'm ordering the next two books in the series. |

| My 8 year old loves reading these books to me. I used to read them to him and now he is reading them to me. In this one the bus goes back in time and the kids learn about dinosaurs. It goes through the Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous and Cenozoic time periods along with some information about the animals found in each time period. The books are written on a 3rd grade reading level and recommended for ages 6-9. |

| I picked up this book since I was learning about Pi in a math class and I am really glad that I did. My daughter liked the dragon and I liked that it had math ideas for names of the characters. Some of the other revues questioned the idea of using Pi in such a way, but as a teacher, isn't getting students to learn the material the point? | I teach 5th grade and my students are in love with these books as well as The Periodic Table: Elements with Style. It makes it easy for them to understand. They borrow the books from me daily and it really triggers an interest in science for them. These books have been so successful in my classroom I pre-ordered the biology version coming out in September. I can't say enough good things about it/them. |

| My husband and I originally purchased book 1 of the Franny K Stein series in hopes of striking an interest in reading with our six year old daughter; it worked. All three of us fell in love with this quirky character! Since our first purchase, two years ago, we have all taken turns reading aloud chapters from each of the books. | I purchased this book at a college book store. I think it was there because it was required reading for math education majors. It also might have been a book for elementary teachers that were taking a math methods course. Regardless of why it was there, I purchased it and read it. It was a fun and interesting look at lots of different math topics.
