| This is about, surprise, surprise, a mouse named Luke. At least, one third of it is. The other two thirds are about Martin. Again. Despite weird rumors, this is set in Mossflower, NOT England. And there are NO people. Just mice, badgers, hedgehogs, shrews, otters, squirrels, moles, hares and a rabbit or two. (Rabbits are not in this book.) The bad guys? Rats, ferrets weasels, foxes, stoats, and occasional weird creatures, like marlfoxes, or Wearats. There are a few birds, too.

| This is a great story for a toddler bedtime; simple, short, sweet, and just interesting enough. It helps me wind down, too! As always, the bold colors, simple text, and realistic topic make this a winner. I love the little details of Maisy putting on her pj's and using the bathroom! Highly recommend! |

| I enjoyed this one more than my son did. I think he missed the point that Abel was and had changed quite a bit. The reference is subtle and I just don't think he got it. I think he thought it was a bit tedious. I enjoyed it quite a bit and felt that it could have gone into more detail of the changes Able was going through. Unfortunately the book was to advanced for my son and not advanced enough for me. It also reminded me of that movie with Tom Hanks where he is trapped on an island. I found that movie boring and ... | I've been searching for books to encourage my daughter to read. She's a big animal lover, so I thought that she would certainly be interested in a book with a hamster on the cover! BINGO!! Now she wants all of the Humphrey books . . . that's why I'm here - to order the rest of them! Humphrey is too precious to pass up. I highly recommend him! |

| I am a seven year old boy and I like to read Ricky Ricotta books. This book has something for everyone. There are lots of battles and robots for boys, and girls will like the unicorns from Uranus. The book has a lot of action and the flip-o-rama is cool. I read all the Ricky Ricotta books in less than a week because I liked them sooooooo much. |

| I bought this for a friend's daughter for her birthday because my kids LOVE these books. We get them from the library all the time. They love all Kevin Henkes books. I highly recommend them. Getting these 2 books together like this is such a great deal, like getting 2 books for the price of one. Awesome books for boys or girls. My son loves them as much as my daughter. | The worst redwall I've read sorry about that but I wanted to read this book because of veil not beucase of sunflash.It seems jacques tried to mage two book ideas into one, bad idea brian. The veil plot was half planed out and another thing is it me or all the critters are dull and the same I mean brian didn't even try on veil. Read if you wanted to just don't expcet veil being the main plotline. P.S. my god the redwallers are pains in this one.

| I enjoyed reading this book. I liked that the main mouse had many obstacles to overcome, but he always succeeded. He's funny, too. It was very well written and perfect for a 1st through 4th grader. |
