| I was first introduced to this book by a second grade student who told me Dav Pilkey was his favorite author. I was just impressed that a second grader knew an author much less had a favorite one. After I read this book and Kat Kong, Pilkey became my favorite too! I know purchase the two books frequently to read to kids of all ages. I usually end up giving the copies to some "lucky" kid in the crowd, and I always purchase more for my next reading visit. KIDS LOVE PILKEY!! (and so does this adult) |

| I'd never read this book, so when I found it among the kids' books, I decided to give it a shot. And yes, I feel guilty for not having read it to my kids when they were small. Not to worry--I read to them a lot, just not this one, possibly because I wasn't familiar with it myself.
I'm sure everyone already knows the plot--my ignorance notwithstanding, it is a classic children's story. It's not the same as the movie, by the way--which I haven't seen, but I've heard about. The ... Read More: |

| I am 7 years old and learning to read. I loved the story of My Friend Rabbit. It was something my Mum read to me once then I read again and again by myself. She was recently ill so I read it to her at night before I went to bed. |

| I'm "ghost-writing" this review for my 9 year old daughter:
"I LOVED this book and I think its really funny when Geronimo misses four good vacations (the beach, the mountains, an adventure, and Egypt) and when he got stuck in a half a cheese slice hotel! I read all the Geronimo Stilton books in my school and local library I can find and I have to say I can't choose a favorite because they are all so good!!" |

| Throughout the Redwall books Martin has always been not only the founder of Redwall but a veritable figure of legend. This book finally tells his story. Like the series, it's a grand ol' adventure. However, I felt this one packed the most emotion--I dare to call this a tragedy. If you can put up with that, this is a fantastic and passionate read. |

| I work in a public library so am always interested to read fiction geared at any level that is set is one. Library Mouse is one of the better (and there are heaps out there) picture books set in a library. The main difference to the message in this one to most of the others is that it is actually geared towards encouraging the reader to write books rather than the norm library set picture book which focuses on getting kids to read books or explore the library.

This book is about a mouse that his boss (grandfather) tells him to go to Egypt, interview a professor, try to get some details on his camel dung powered invention. | When I was pregnant with my first son, I was buying xmas presents for a couple nephews and decided to buy them books. Because of the great reviews, I bought this one for one of my nephews. I read it before I wrapped it and fell in LOVE with it!! I even read it to my husband afterwards because it is such a cute, clever story!! After I gave it as a gift, I bought one for myself.
