| Wow, this book is REALLY big. It's a big, heavy hardcover. MUCH BIGGER than we expected. The stories and illustrations are just what you'd expect from Curious George, and our son really likes it. It comes with FIVE CDs, and each audio track begins with "Out story begins on the page where George is doing XXX with YYY" so the children can flip to the correct story without grownup help (in theory, that is. | I think we'll have to buy some more copies of this story, my son makes us read it at least 4 - 5 times a week to him. He loves firefighters (and George of course) so this is a perfect fit.
I've noticed some of the newer stories "inspired" by Margaret and H.A. Rey -- this is one of their originals / classics. Timeless and precious are words that come to mind when thinking about the actual story. So many opportunities to learn / teach within the classic George stories -- I think ... Read More: |

| Not good for reading to child before bedtime. Not enough words, story, substance. We were bored with it after one reading. My 2yr son isn't old enough to read yet, but when he is, I am guessing he will read it once and then be bored with it again. |

| Puedo decir que el libro me tuvo en suspenso todo el tiempo de principio a fin. Demas esta decir que lo lei en 3 dias. Me gusto mucho la parte en donde el profesor Snape brinda informacion sobre su niñez y el por que de tratar de esa manera a Potter al igual que puedo entender mejor otras partes de los libros anteriores.
