| I started watching the tv program with my children and got insteadly hooked. This is just plain 'ol don't-take-yourself-so-seriously humor. As you read, you'll find yourself laughing out loud. I bought it for my children but it's fun for grow-ups as well! |

| I didn't have very much instruction in Latin prior to buying this book. I learned how to read it out loud, and I got a basic grasp on the grammar. After only that, I can still read and understand this little book. The folks I have been working with have found that after a few readings, they know what is being said. This is how we learn our first language, and this is how people learn to think in other languages.

| I love Eloise, but the real books are too much for my 2 year old. She LOVES this story about Eloise and the snowman, though! The book is short and simple, but the spirit of Eloise is there in full force. It was great preparation (so to speak) for my daughter's first trip to the snow, and she LOVES to hear this story again and again. |

| I'm sharing this review with the intention of being particularly helpful to parents of toddlers and preschoolers. I found that having a very young child with the attention span to sit through chapters of a novel left me scrambling a bit to find novels that were appropriate in theme and content for her age.
