| Colors run together. Other than that it is a good way for a little one to paint using water instead of paints. When the colors run together it looks like the page is all one color. |

| We just gave this to our 7 yr old Scooby lover for Christmas. He loved it and it was one of the things he started playing with immediately. He hasn't tried the glow in the dark part yet, I don't know if he realizes it does that. |

| This is a cute story that tells kids too much candy is not a good thing. The scratch and sniff stickers actually smell and my 3 year old loves them! All the other reviews that are irritated with the stickers not fitting "correctly" need to remember this is a book for kids, and they could care less!!! |

| A friend is teaching her toddler Spanish, he is barely speaking English but is picking up the second language quickly. They loved the two children's books this one and the Green Eggs and Ham in Spanish. The entire family is learning a second language - however the children are doing so much faster and with less effort than the parents.
They said the books made it a fun evening reading. |

| we have very few babar books. he died so young, and his family cannot cut it. the later books are so bad that they're offensive. but this is the first and it works. the only sad thing about it is that babar was not brunhoff's brain child but his wife's and she has never gotten credit for it. she created the elephant as bedtime material for their children. he retold them well, and illustrated them as his children cannot but she should have been co-author at the very least! our kids love this book and the characters ... | Not good for reading to child before bedtime. Not enough words, story, substance. We were bored with it after one reading. My 2yr son isn't old enough to read yet, but when he is, I am guessing he will read it once and then be bored with it again. |

| Too funny! I just finished writing a review for "Theo's Thanksgiving" about how disappointing the "scratch and sniff" part of the book is and decided I would write the same thing about Biscuit's Christmas. I notice I'm not the only one who thinks so. I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought the book. The smells were so non-existent that I actually pulled off a couple of the clear round "scratch and sniff" stickers thinking that maybe you were supposed to do that to get to the smells. Wrong! | This is a good present to give before Christmas. The key is the story's sense of holiday anticipation and of modeled good behavior. But it's not just a fine model; it's engaging. My son listened to the tape almost every night for a month and his older sister borrowed it from him on the other nights. |
