| Even though these are tales that are completed by Bemelmans' grandson, I barely noticed the differences. My children and I enjoy reading all of the Madeline series, so much so, that we have purchased all of them. I highly recommend this book. |

| I was very disappointed in this volumn. I love the Harry Potter books and I haven't been a Christian since the through me out for being queer, like Dumbledore. I have read several books by the Hogwarts Professor, but this one is so drenched in anti-atheist-Christ-is-Everything sentiment that it was a struggle to get through. | My boys, ages 4 and 2, absolutely LOVE this book!! They are huge Blue's Clues fans and my youngest son actually got this book for his 1st Birthday. My boys looked at it so much that it started to fall apart. So, I just got them a new one. They look at it everyday. And have fought too many times to keep track over who was going to look at it during "quiet time" (about 30 minutes before bedtime or naptime). It's probably the cutest book they have. | Not good for reading to child before bedtime. Not enough words, story, substance. We were bored with it after one reading. My 2yr son isn't old enough to read yet, but when he is, I am guessing he will read it once and then be bored with it again. |
