| The book I received (hardcover edition) seemed fine, but once I opened it I saw that the first five or six pages were the title page, copyright, dedication, and table of contents from a completely different book, "The Biggest Bangs" by Jonathan Katz. The correct book start just after than and the rest of it seemed fine, but be aware of this printing error because I'm sure mine was not the only one like that.

| My four year old son is in love with this chapter series! A friend suggested it to us since he seemed ready for a more advanced reading material at bedtime. My husband reads him a chapter every night...sometimes more because they don't want to stop. It's become a great tradition for them, and something they both look forward to. We love that there are so many in the collection! Start with number 1 and just continue. :) |

| The worst redwall I've read sorry about that but I wanted to read this book because of veil not beucase of sunflash.It seems jacques tried to mage two book ideas into one, bad idea brian. The veil plot was half planed out and another thing is it me or all the critters are dull and the same I mean brian didn't even try on veil. Read if you wanted to just don't expcet veil being the main plotline. P.S. my god the redwallers are pains in this one.

| This is one of the most interesting books in the series. The series is fantasy, and I recommend it to grades 2-4. This is great for kids and it gives you facts about what or where they are near. This is probably one of the best series books I have ever read. |

| I actually have only read one "Magic Treehouse" book (Which I did enjoy), but I must say that I was very impressed with the sheer magnitude of this research guide. It's as entertaining as the fiction series--which commentaries by our favorite heroes--and thoroughly informative, going from the basics to mysteries to legends. There are plenty of facts of which I had never heard. The illustrations are also wonderful. Great research guide, indeed. |
