| Well, most people in America have already read "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding, which is definitely a classic. So I'm not going to give a synopsis, just a general appraisal of the work.

| I am a high school Spanish teacher. If only my school had enough to buy new texts. This one is very poorly done. I thought the old Vallette-Vallette Spanish for Mastery was bad until I saw this one. |

| We love Spelling Workout. My 6 year old is a proficient reader and has used a phonics based reading program. This workbook makes her slow down and think about how the words are spelled and we also use our "best handwriting". She spells words exactly how they sound which is cute for family but usually not the correct spelling. I find this workbook the right amount of practice with 3-4 letter words to build a solid foundation for further writing. |

| As secular Jewish parents homeschooling our daughter, while living and travelling aboard a sailboat, my wife and I were initially quite thrilled at finding this book. Its brightly colored detailed illustrations accompanying bite-sized chunks of historical information seemed to be just the right sort of introduction to world history for a six year old.
