| Finally...a counting book! My 4 yr old is resisting learning to count. This book is great. He asks to read to it! The pictures are colorful and it can be used to teach basic math because there are questions on each page that involve either counting each item (42 quacks) or using addition or multiplication.
I would buy more books like this! |

| I can't get over how well this line of books goes with the lessons laid out in Flip Flop Spanish: Ages 3-5: Level 1. I used this book after the chapter on counting, and of course my kids already knew the word for Dog, so it was just a wonderful reinforcer. What a FUN way to review!
I'm already be recommending it to all my students, and plan to use it in my Spanish class for 3 and 4 year olds this week! |

| This box of books is great for toddlers who are by now familiar with opening books and turning pages, who like to take things in and out of containers, and who like to stack things. The books are hardy and have just 4 pages each - enough to hold their attention span. They are great tools for beginning to teach color, solidify animals and future numbers. |

| My 17 month old son loves this book and so do I. It really keeps his attention. The pictures are REAL, not drawings, and all of them are bright and fun to look at. He will get this book and just sit in the floor looking at it for a long time. When I "read" it with him, he "talks" to me about the pictures. This is definitely one of his very favorite books and well worth the money. I highly recommend this book! Also, it's in the board book format, so he can play with it himself without me having to worry ... Read More: |
