| This is a very endearing, but sometimes (more than I needed to know) book about her life with all it's ups and downs. She gets down and dirty, and always keeps you hanging on every word. I really enjoyed her book. |

| I am new to eating gluten-free and this book was given to me as a gift along with a few other books. This was by far the best book. The recipes are great. She also gives great information about how gluten-free cooking works in general so you can look at how to convert your own favorite recipes. I think this is a great first book for those who just started eating gluten-free. |

| I've read and still have every Parker Wine Buyer's Guide since the first edition back in the 1980's. That first one will always be special for me because it was a gift from my wife and, more than any other book, it was my introduction to fine wine (and to Parker, for that matter). As my interest in wine and my cellar have grown so has the Wine Buyer's Guide. That first edition was 731 pages (in paperback) and this newest one is 1513 in hardback.

| I love this book so much. It's well written, with clear, concise, unintimidating instructions for so many kinds of ferments. The start of each chapter is a bit of history and commentary, and it's as much fun to read the non-recipe parts as it is to look at the recipes and make plans to incorporate fermented foods in your diet.
