| I have watched Tyler Florence on TV for several years and have enjoyed his different shows. This is the very first book of his that I have purchased. I really have enjoyed reading the stories about Tyler's life and his family and his life in California.
It's a pleasure to read, the recipes are not complicated and easy to follow. Beautiful pictures of the food and the people around Tyler. I am looking forward to trying his recipes in the weeks to come. |

| This is a nice book. The instructions are easy to follow and the text is interesting. The stories and recipes from other cheese makers are informative and inspirational. It's a good book for beginners. Many of the recipes are simple and require equipment you probably already have in your kitchen. It would have been better if the book was spiral bound - I like recipe books that will lay flat. |

| I like the photos and the concept of this gourmet slow cooker book; however, after trying a few recipes I gave up because they simply did not taste good. With one exception that is - the chicken tarragon was delicious. Unless you're looking for a pretty coffee table cookbook, save your money.

| This is definitely my favorite cookbook ever. I use it all the time, and still haven't even tried about 3/4 of the recipes...there are just so many! It is true that some of the recipes require ingredients that are hard to find here (though I was able to make some of the recipes I can't make here while i lived in Italy).
