| I actually returned this book, which I don't do often. I was hoping it would be more like Office 2003 Timesaving Techniques for Dummies, which doesn't seem to have a 2007 version yet, but was very basic. And it doesn't address Business Contact Manager at All.
Granted, it's trying to cover a lot of ground in one book. But if you're pretty proficient with Office programs, you may not learn much. It would have been more useful if it at least had a section that discusses all the changes between ... Read More: |

| This book is gross. I don't understand where the love story is. The guy is an obsessed pervert and the supposed romantic ending has nothing to do with love at all. There are so many disturbing images from this book that still haunt me. |

| If you want to learn Photoshop, why not from its authors? This very recent text [2008-9] has lessons showing the many capabilities of CS4. The publisher/author was also careful to include many nice colour prints because after all, that is the point, isn't it?

| Fantastic book for digital photographers with a beginner to intermediate understanding of photoshop. Gives a ton of great pointers on how to make your shots look good. Covers topics from special effects, to color correction (great work flow for amateur color correction process), resizing appropriately, portrait effects, etc. Rather than thouroughly teaching you how to use each tool it walks you through a ton of example tasks. Great book. |

The book is based on Aaron's years of working with and teaching Cocoa programming at NeXT, Apple and his company Big Nerd Ranch.
