| Windows Vista "the missing link" is too technical for me. It assumes the reader has complete mastery of Windows XP which I dont have, so I am not using the book much. I needed more of a cookbook! |

| Very well written and easy to understand. One of he best introductory programming books I have read. If you want to learn Python this book will help. However to master any programming language you need to practice and write programs. I would recommend opening python and following along with the author. |

| Animation is now done in 3-D this book is dated.
The book I have on by Don Bluth were much more elaborate on the animnation process then this book. The drawings are primative and don't offer much of the way of substance you can take them at face value. If you like stick figures you might like this book. |

| This is the best book to use to study for the A+ exams. It even came with a CD containing practice tests. All this for 35 dollars is pretty darn good. |

| Absolutely wonderful. Excellent. Glory in Death is one of the best books of the series. Deeply emotional, it's almost painful to re-read.
There's a masterful balance between the romance and the suspense, and the emotions are spread out through the entire cast of the book. The characters, and not just the main ones, are well-developed, and the main characters themselves are so real in this one that it makes them seem somewhat flat in other books. | Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 is an excellent product. However, it contains almost no documentation and can strain the defination of "user friendly". This book is an essential training & reference guide for the product. Each chapter cover a topic. The pages are in full color, with notations of where to find the item on the screen. Since each screen is reporduced, you have almost no guess work or endless searching.

| This is a most excellent book for Mac users. It takes the reader through a rather complicated program step by step. I have only two suggestions. First, it would be helpful if the authors would provide more sample pictures on which to practice. Second, it is sometimes difficult when they suggest that you refer to information 100 pages later in the book. I try to use "Missing Manuals" for any new programs I purchase. Trying to get by on the help menu or material that comes with the programs is a waste of time. |
