| This book is a great reference book for basic science information. We also use it as a science text book for the kids when they're kindergarten through about third grade. It is well organized, has great pictures, and is easy for the kids to understand. There are many times when I ask the kids to pick out a book to read. We could not put the book down and loved the major twists. The author gave you time to catch your breath and then shocked you. We were kept guessing until the end. | My son loved the book and read it in 45 minutes. We were a bit disappointed that the level of this book was a bit below our expectations. I would estimate that it is geared to a 4th grade reading level. Overall it was expensive for what was delivered, but any kid fascinated with video games (espeically Mario) will eat this up. |

| Excellent book for learning Microsft applications such as Work, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint. The book offers walk through examples that are easy to follow with pictures and step-by-step instructions. The Excel math problems may be off, I think, but overall, I learned a lot even though I've been using the applications for awhile. |

| Shadow Man is one of the best books I have ever read in the R.L. Stine type genre. Jordan Cray is as good or even a better writer than Stine. I eventually want to collect and read all the danger.com books. The danger.com books are separate novels, not a series, about various teens and their misadventures with the Internet. Written in the late 1990's, when the Internet was just becoming a household name, the danger.com stories recall the time when the Internet was a big, brave new world.
