| This book was a strange, fantastic trip, and is definitely one of Heinlein's best books. Unlike some of his other novels, the sex in this book actually fits in better. There are many points about religion and humanity brought up in this book, and many things to think about/chew on. The ending threw me for a total loop, but after a while, it made sense to me. If you're looking for a fantastic read, pick up this book! |

| Purchased for a child for Christmas. She is just learning to read and I know she will love them. They were a great value. My only worry is that they seem to be more poorly put together then singles I have bought and might come apart after little use. Very nice set of books otherwise. |

| This is a family favorite. I think it is better for reading out than as a chapter book, because reading it out loud together lets the parents in on the fun.
Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle uses reverse psychology to change children's bad habits. Of course the situations are exaggerated, but they are funny and the children in the book are encouraged to be pleasant, responsive, responsible people. | I read this in hight school, and yes it was an assignment,(fortunately my literature always made us think about the books we read instead of gripe about them in ignorance) but I loved it. Basically, it pulls no punches, sugarcoats nothing. The author is telling it like he knows it from being there - war is hell, no matter what it's fought for, no matter whose side you're on. | The Night Before Christmas is a classic and an absolute must read for holidays. I saw this book in a local bookshop and immediately picked it up. I can't get over how gorgeous this book is. Each illustration and cuts are done with great detail and the negative space that's created by the cut papers are magnificent. | I loved this book it was very pages turning. My favorite part of the book was when Brian went back to the woods. The book is all about a boy that goes back to the woods to live and get his life back. When he is living in the woods he has a lot of suprises. You have to read Hatchet first because you will not get anything. This is a perfect gift for any boy that likes the outdoors or camping. Also it is very short (110 pages) so if you don't like long book this is for you. |

| Yes, there are similarities between the Book of Three and the Lord of the Rings: Both feature a wizard, a ranger type figure, a bad guy in a mask and a strange little creature who slithers around talking about eating. If you read enough fantasy you'll see these type of characters turn up again and again, and you'll often be able to draw comparisons with Tolkien.
