| Although Eustace was quite the annoying little bugger of a character in the 3rd book (Dawn Treader), to the extent that it made that book less enjoyable, his character showed a nice improvement in this book and showed not just personal redemption but also, frankly, made the book more tolerable.

| Our grandson is just at the age he can read these books and he really enjoys reading. The mysteries keep the suspence going and the lessons taught are a rare find these days. The books arrived in excellent condition and a timely manner. |

| This particular Odyssey had enough intrigued to keep our daughter intersted but not so much that she became scared or confused. I love the fact that some of the stories continue on and that it causes thought provoking questions from her. I don't know about some of you, but I am egstatic that she is learing life lessons at the same time she is having fun. She often chooses a story at night to listen to continuously. |

| Adventures in Odyssey is a terrific program for Children and Parents. We have several collections, this particular one is typical. Each of the four episodes entertains, while sending a good message to our children. The program usually gives children an opportunity to predict the outcome, and then confirms with a good explanation from the characters. It is reinforced with a comentary by the host. Most of all Odyssey is fun to listen to. |

| Over the years, there have been a few episodes of Adventures in Odyssey that have never made it into a collection. Well, that problem is now partially resolved with this four CD set containing 12 such episodes. (Unfortunately, a few of my old favorites are still missing in action, but I know we'll never get them.)

| I love all the books in this series. They are funny and easy to read and each book is a story in itself. I am collecting them all and have read about 10 or so. This is a great book for grades 4-6. |

| Of course as a classic, the story gets 5 stars. As for the description of the book, "read aloud"; yes you could, but I would call this more of an "easy reader". When I saw "read aloud" i thought lot of pictures and fewer words for children who don't know how to read yet. |
