| Books bring us enjoyment, but they should also teach us as well. Corduroy does just that. A little bear who is not perfect (having lost his button) is accepted and loved by a little girl just because.....just because. Unconditional love, how can that be more endearing? |

| I bought this story for my 2 year old, but it is really for older kids. The story is long, and a lot to read through. The pictures are pretty, but my toddler won't sit through the whole story so I abbreviate it when we "read" the book. Maybe when she is older, she'll like it more. I was dissapointed that the description didn't mention the age level. Being a board book I thought it would be appropriate for toddlers. |

| My 22 month old toddler loves this set of books. I think it's something about the sounds that Boynton uses. She learns a lot of the books by heart and "reads" them along with me. I would definitely recommend this set for toddlers. |

| i used to love my easy bake oven so i couldn't wait to purchase one for my daughter. i was shocked to see the prices on the mixes and thought there had to be some sort of book out there with kid sized oven recipies. THIS ONE IS IT!!! great variety....cute little measuring spoons....stuff kids will actually eat. my daughter is a pickey eater but as long as she can pick a recipe and cook it herself, she'll eat. we even made some recipes up on our own. it even works with the newer ovens that look like the stand ... | I actually really like this book because it not only gives you the letter, but also words that go with that letter. I read it to my son everyday hoping he is getting a taste for the english language and I'm sure it's helping. I loved Dr. Seuss as a kid and I hope my son does. |
