| Sandra Boynton does it again. She knows the routine, she sets it up perfectly and bedtime is easier because of her efforts. Our kids and grandkids loved these stories in a poetic rhyme. Now we are giving them out as Godparents to our neat friends we help mentor along life's way. Wonderful books! |

| I bought these cards for Chrismas when my son was about 9 months old. I went thru the cards once or twice a week and he was saying "ba" for ball and several other "words" well before a year old. The manufacturer recommends these for an 18 month old, but why wait? I also have the Touch and Feel animals and those are great too! I just cant say enough nice things about these cards. And contrary to other posts, they are very durable. |

| Next year I'm going to model my girl's birthday party after this book--it's so cute and such a great theme. Harper Collins even put a free birthday planning kit with activities on the web--you can google the book and it will come up with it. So, buying the book and using the activities the publisher has put on the web is a really inexpensive and fun way to plan a party! But the best part is that my girls really love this book! |

| I purchased this book for my 22 month old who has learned that hitting is an "effective" way to get his big brother's attention. My son is fascinated with this book and obviously gets the message. We have a few other books from this series and love them. |

| I think this is a Richard Scarry Jr book rather than the dad, but it's still classic Scarry, charming and enjoyable. It's no Cars and Trucks or Busy Busy World, nor is it designed to educate your child about firefighters or fire stations, but it's a quick, cute and enjoyable read. |
