| My 18-month old carries this book around with him during the day. The photos keep him busy and he loves turning the pages.
There really isn't a story to the book. Just animal noises. Fun to read and I've heard him practicing the noises when he looks at the book himself. Cute book. I'm glad I bought it. |

The other, "Twas the Night Before Christmas (Candy Cane Books), began with a sentence I'm going to copy and paste here: While there's no question that the original poem by Clement Moore is a five star piece of work, there are so many versions of this poem in print that any review has to be of the entire book, with more weight on the illustrations, the only difference between them. | My 2 year old son loves this book. He wants to read it at least twice a day, and it always holds his attention until the end. He loves looking for all of the little details in the pictures- for instance, he goes through and shows me all of the pictures that have fire hydrants in them, or all of the characters who are eating apples, etc. Worth every penny and then some! |

| This is the best book ever written for dog lovers who have lost their pet! We just had to put our dog to sleep and I gave this to my four kids the day after and it was comforting for them to think about our dog happily playing in heaven. I even give this book to adult dog lovers that have lost their pet.

| I thought this would be helpful for teaching second graders about Las Posadas. The language was a too high for them. I don't plan on using this book next year. Overall, the book has a beautiful story and illustrations, but I will save it for my own kids, not my students. |
