| I read this book to both my 6 & 8 year old each night, a few chapters at a time. They always asked for it the next night and helped me read it to them. It kept them interested and I thought it was a good story. They now want to see the movie when it comes out. This will give us a good chance to discuss the differences between what is read (author's point of view) and the translation to movie format (director's pov). |

| Good Night Lullabies My two grandsons, ages 4 and 6, liked this book a lot. It appealed to their imaginations and the illustrations were excellent. The story loses a bit of momentun at the end, and lost the kid's interest a bit. But, overall, a fun book. |

| I really didn't know what I was getting into when I bought this book based solely on the buzz I was hearing about it. I had heard it was set in WWII Germany and the narrator was Death. With that very small introduction, I dove into the book.

| From laughing so hard! I am an adult and woman and love this book. A boy or girl from middle school on up can relate to this book about American life. The jokes are often laugh out loud funny and you end up bothering people trying to show someone the latest cartoon or tell the most recent joke.
