| I like the book. It is very clear so kids can see how to follow the dots. My only problem with the book is that I would like the marker to be attached with a long string. That way the marker is always with the book and not lost in the house waiting to be used on something it shouldn't be. Parents that also don't like the string could just cut it off. Other than the marker issue i think the book is great for toddlers. |

| They're simple. They're informative. They're cheap. If your child is too young to read, they're perfectly good read-aloud books.
What more can you ask for when stocking your kid's library? This one has a simple story indicating the steps it takes to turn a factory into a park. Plenty of new vocabulary for any child interested in construction - and I don't know of one kid who isn't ultimately interested in construction! |

| We bought this book for my son at 6 months. By 9 months, he was opening it, and touching the pages. His favorite is the back page where he can feel the spiky bale of straw. At 19 months now, he still enjoys turning the pages. He also has the Touch and Feel Dinosaur book in the same series by DK. If you venture into that one, just be prepared for the stickiness of the T-rex's tongue. | I bought this book for my 4 year old Grandson. I had previously gotten him the Uncover the Human Body book which he loved so much that he carried it around with him all the time and even took it to bed. He did the same with this one. All of the Uncover books are really great learning tools. As you turn each page another system of the car is revealed and explained on that page. | For Health we are looking at the people who help out in a community. This book gives information on street sweepers as it compares to other trucks. It is a cute book that uses cartoon pictures with simple text. I would recommend it for grades PS - 1st. |

| My three year old son loves these books, I would recommend them to any parent who's kids loves big machines at work. It's given me new information about heavy equipment that I never knew before reading this book with my son. Great books!! |

| My grandson now has all of the books in this series and has had his mommy read them so many times that he has them memorized. Although he is only three, he sits and "reads" the books word for word. Amazing Machines is an amazing series with bright colors and lots of kid friendly information.
The rhyming phrases are easy for little ones to say and understand. |
