| The best thing about this new line of books from Matchbox and the Pleasant Company is that the vehicle featured in the story is included with the book. We have four of the eight and intend to get the other four. This story features a tow truck that rescues a car after it skids on the ice and gets "crunched". My son loves "reading" the books and using the vehicle to act out the stories. |

| When my daughter was young, she was fascinated by the vehicles with sirens. In particular she loved seeing the big red fire trucks go by us with lights flashing and sirens wailing. As a consequence of that excitement, I checked this book out and read it to her, over and over again. Although she did not understand many of the principles of measure, such as the height of 20 stacked giraffes, she did love the pictures and the sound effects I provided. | My daughter (2.5) is a huge Bob the Builder fan. This is her favorite Bob book. This is a nice durable book. It also introduces/includes all the main characters (though the new series has a few new ones that aren't included) and their jobs. It also shows a variety of jobs for the people. |
