| I hadn't taken a test in years, and I bought this book to help me study. The only problem was that it had some minor typos, which made me think I got some of the problems in the practice test wrong, when indeed I didn't. But that was a minor problem.

| These Henry Reed books were some of the first books I have ever read, and I enjoyed them much, and of course I wished there were more than three (there are, but the newer ones weren't available back then). Every time our family went to the library I would go directly to the Keith Robertson section and see if there were any new titles. They are the typical children's novels, a smart boy figures out things the adults around him are unable to. The best is *Henry Reeds Journey* - a picaresque.

| My daughter,son in law and husband are all firefighters so my grandson is obsessed with anything involving fire equipment. He wants me to read this book to him everytime he visits! He has his own life like fire gear and he loves looking at the nice pictures in the book. |

| Filled with pictures of smiling, friendly firefighters, this book gives a nice "snap-shot" of what firefighters do. The highlights, of course, are on fighting fires. The illustrations are acutal photos of firefighters and their equipment. Some are cheesy and obviously staged, but they're charming nonetheless. The firestation is obviously in a very large city and the equipment they use is impressive.
