| I am an adult colorer. I own almost all of Tom Tierney's coloring books on fashion.
As always, the artwork is very good with lots of attention to detail in the design of the costumes. This is a nice, thick coloring book--I think it has around 48 pages. Usually two people are pictured on each page to color. | This was my second year with homeschool and my first year trying to purchase a curriculum for my son. I purchased this book for my sons kindergarten year. I would like to give advice to those looking to start out the year with a homeschool curriculum based on this book.

| I purchased this book for my sons, ages 15 and 19, who need good information about how to earn, save, and plan their current and future finances. The information was very good, indeed, but unfortunately the author's tone was too much like a father or pastor, using formal and slightly patronizing language.

| This is not the book I thought it was going to be. It lists an appropriate age level, however when I have used it with that age group it has been WAY above their heads. I would suggest looking for a lower book. |

| There are parts of the book that are clearly written in the immature style of a teenager (colloquial speech) and parts that have been edited so much that they seem to come from an entirely different person. The overall book is choppy in terms of style, although the organization is excellent.
I would have preferred that the author articulate more clearly his emotions that accompanied his experiences. I would have hoped that his editor/professional writing mentor would have worked on making ... Read More: |
