| My son loves these books! They make him laugh. I have purchased all of the Ready Freddy Books published so far and will continue to do so. He is 8 years old and they seem like the reading level is made for children his age. |

| I was disappointed in this book: to be cool, this kid makes a list: wear jeans, wear shirts without collars, white underwear only, take the "ie" off your name, don't let your friends see your Mom kiss you, and do something to impress the bully out of bullying you.
I tell my kids the only thing they need to do to be "cool" is to accept people as they are. It's hard to get that message to sink in with books like this one around. I only give the book a star because it does let kids ... Read More: |

| This book is fantastic. Not only is the story itself great, but it is also great for bringing up a multitude of topics for discussion with your child; bullying, prejudice, intolerance, low self esteem, fairness, etc...

| My grandson is a "would be" bully; while my granddaughter is a perfect victim. Therefore, I bought the book to read to both of them...it worked! My grandson was infuriated that anyone would think about doing this to his sister, but I pointed out that he had done things similar to this to her. He hugged her and apologized.

| This is a great story. ButI gave it 3 stars because of the dirty words in the book. It would have been just as funny with the word "dog poop" instead of "dog s**t" and "butt head" instead of "A**hole". I think the author needs to revise it on the next printing. If this was a higher level book then I would understand but this is rated a 4.0 AR grade level at and he is only 9 years old.
