| This is one of my toddler's favorite books. She loves moving the honeybee through the slots in the pages to discover what is on the next page. It helps with dexterity and hand-eye coordination. We will buy more of these books. |

| My son is 17 months old, and he loves 'nails-- as he calls 'em. So when we went to our local library to find another book on the subject, (He loves Ruth Brown's "Snail Trail") we were coming up empty-handed. Fortunately, this Backyard Book came to the rescue. A good children's author almost makes you feel like they are in the room chatting with you. Judy Allen's story of snail life is gently witty, informative, and beatiful to look at. | This is a great book to teach kids about how insects change. My kids particularly like the portion of the book where the polliwog waits for the caterpillar to emerge from her cocoon, and is unaware of the changes he himself has undergone. There are a few grammatical errors in the book, but aside from that matter, it's a charming book and very appealing to kids. |

| Most books that use some sort of gimmick on their cover usually have used up their entire budget on the cover and the pages of content inside are generally pretty average. Not so with Buzz, an entertaining read that will teach you stuff too! For those only seeing this book online the cover has three press me buttons, one is a cricket, one a bee and one a mosquito.
