| I can't believe this book would be approved for kids at the age of 10! There is too much talk of oral sex and drugs to be appropriate for that age group, I wouldn't even let my teen read this book! |

| In 1972 when I was in the sixth grade my teacher read this book to us twice a week after recess. She also read the two sequels later. I remembered the story line but had forgotten a lot over the years. I recently bought the trilogy for my son and looked them over to refresh my memory. I have now just read them all again at the age of 48 and must say I enjoyed them very much. | A 2007 Summer Reading List Mini Review
I never realized before how much the Scooby Doo cartoon series is indebted to the Hardy Boys and other teenage mystery series of that genre. We have a group of teeneage kids, who stumble into mysteries. The scoobies have the mystery mobile. The Hardy's have thir car and their boat aptly named "the sleuth." | I teach eighth grade Language Arts, and I'm always on the prowl for books that will engage young boys to read. I picked this up on a whim, and I'm very pleased. This anthology has a little bit of everything in it: fiction, non-fiction, illustrations, cartoon strips -- the works. The shorts cover a wide-range of topics from the silly to the dead-serious. In short, there's something in this book for every taste. I think it will be a popular book for my classroom library.

| My opinion on the book Harris and me is five stars. The reason I gave this book such a high rating is because the two hilarious boys in the book do things that I could see myself doing for example-they shove a straw up a frogs butt and blow so that the frog turns into a balloon sort of and floats on the water. This book is great for 12 and 13 year olds only it has a bit of language.

| This book was okay, just okay. In my opinion, it didn't have as good adventures as the others books had. There were some exciting parts, true; but to, me the whole book wasn't worth it. The end was disappointing and somewhat predictable.
Try reading: "While the Clocked Ticked" the Hardy Boys book #11. Now that is some really good fiction. |
