| My son loves this book. He laughs when we get to "Whisper and SHOUT" and he likes the "hello, Goodbye" part, too. A great way to introduce toddlers to the concept of opposites! |

| This book and CD was not as good as I hoped. I did buy it for my toddler son, however, so maybe it had more to do with him not getting into the music as much as I thought he would. The book is very cute, though, and I'm sure there are many kids out there who love it! As always, the songs are very creative. |

| My 3 year old loves this book- because of the short rhyming phrases, he was able to memorize the book after only a few readings, and now "reads" it to me. He has alot of fun with it and I think it will help him as he starts recognizing words. I have turned into a big Boynton fan! |

| We've had this book for almost a year and my one year old daughter LOVES it! We read it to her in the bath every night. It has faded a bit but has not fallen apart as other people mentioned. If it had, we would have bought a new one! |

| This is one of our favorite books.
The chaos caused by the monsters (more sensitive kids might get upset, I suppose, but my nieces don't) is done in a funny way, and the fact that the BIRTHDAY MONSTER CLEANING CREW! fixes everything at the end makes it all better. Very catchy text, really funny illustrations. Perfect for a kid's first or second birthday. |

| Sandra Boynton books are favorites of my young grandson. They are short enough for his attention span and always have some humor. I recommend this book for all mothers, grandmothers and others who enjoy reading with little ones. |

| This is another fun book from Boynton. Her silly animals illustrate an array of emotions, important vocabulary for growing children who need words to express their feelings. Preschool curriculum emphasizes the need for children to learn negotiation and conflict management. A lack of vocabulary to describe feelings often thwart these goals. This book is a wonderful and fun way to learn. |
