| A difficult topic, a difficult read! Nick is not a likable protagonist and his abuse of Caitlin is hard to take. Her acceptance of the blame for provoking Nick's anger may be realistic, but it is still very unsettling.
The thought-provoking nature of both Nick's behavior and Caitlin's response to Nick's behavior make it a powerful read for young women as well as young men. |

| This was a great purchase. My son and I read a couple of chapters every night from one of the books. He loves the challenge and the funny things Junie B does. He also likes how he can relate to some of the situations. Great book! Brings back childhood memories of Ramona books when I was a child. |

| I have "Learn in Your Car French" and "Learn in Your Car Italian" in earlier versions (when the French still used francs and the Italians still used lire). In those older versions, it's hard to tell when a CD gets to the last lesson and begins to repeat the first lesson. In this new version of "Learn in Your Car German," it is very easy to tell, because each CD begins with music.

| I have to say that I grew up with the orginal artwork and was very sad when I saw one of my favorite books had been modernized to the PBS version of Arthur instead of when he was an arrdvark. So I, unlike others, was very pleased when I opened the book and realized it was the orginal artwork and not the homogeneous version of Arthur. To all who think it's bad art: it's just a different style than what you are used to seeing. But that doesn't make it bad. However, I can appreciate thinking you're going to see something you're ... | It was a very enjoyable read! I didn't want to put the book down. I would have liked to have seen a little more interaction between Caspian and Peter, and a more detailed battle sequence at the end.
