| I cannot do LOL cat speak well either, but my kitteh is a very spoiled kitteh and her dream is to make it to the next version of this book.
A wonderful book that belongs on every cat lovers shelf, nothing more than beautiful pictures and cat speak. So don't try to find any meaning in it...just enjoy enjoy.....and be ready to smile and laugh out loud by these feline capers and LOL cat speak. |

| I know I am very late to the party when it comes to "The Secret Life of Bees". It was at a second hand store, and was the best of what was available, so I picked it up. The words and images in this novel set in 1964 South Carolina in 1964 were very evocative...when Kidd describes the oppressive heat - I can practically taste that hot, dusty air.

| Having read "The Pillars of the Earth" earlier this year, I didn't wait long to pick up this volume. The first three hundred pages were very reminiscent of the first book, but then it came into its own. Contrary to the few reviewers on this site who panned the book as dull and its characters as poorly developed, I enjoyed the book thoroughly.
