| This book is so funny. I am amazed at how the writer can transport you to Texas within the first few pages! We lived there for 3 years and the actions and way in which the characters speak is classic Texan. We read it to our kids to give them a taste of what life on a ranch is like there. |

| My kids LOVED the thought-you-saiders chapter. They were wild with glee over the things the kids "thought you said". But I wasn't as crazy about the cure -- putting powder in their ears to make their ears super-sensitive. Likewise with the other cures -- they were all magic drops instead of the charming reverse-psychology cures of the first book. |

| Really Great Stories! My kids loved them. Gertrude McFuzz is fabulous and John Lithgow was superb as the reader. In fact all of the cast were excellent in their roles.
The Big Brag, Thidwick, How Lucky You Are are easily perpetual favorites. We played these over and over. A not to be missed collection for young listeners.... ages 1 to 100! |

| Great for babies and my 2 year old likes it, too. There are different things to feel on every page, not just the same thing in a different color. And there are just the right amount of words, and the rhymes are really cute. I highly recommend this book. |
