| My daughter just turned 1 and I am considering buying a second copy of this book. This book has been her absolute favorite and frequently sitting by herself reading out loud to herself. She loves looking at the babies and giving them kisses and already knows where her ears, nose and mouth are. A VERY durable book, but she is trying to give it a run for its money. |

| My twin 20-month-olds fight over this book--it's wonderful. The only thing is that the paper pull-outs are quite fragile--I was taping them back together within a few days... however, my girls might be a bit young to use it properly! |

| What a fantastic book series. My husband and I bought this book (as well as Shapes and Numbers, also by Little Scholastic), and my son is completely enthralled with them. We read them daily, by his choice. The books are short, with colorful pictures and easy to point to and identify letters on the pages (or shapes, numbers). Some of the books have textural differences to make it more interesting for your toddler to feel the page and interact with it.

| I bought this book sight-unseen as part of Amazon's 4-for-3 promotion. When it arrived, my first thought was that it was way too sweet... "Oh Gag!" came to mind. However, I pulled it out a few nights later and read it to my baby girl at bedtime and liked it. I pulled it out again the next night, and the next. It quickly became one of our favorites.
