| "Santa Calls" is a delightful story. It begins in my hometown of Abilene, Texas, so I, of course, have special interest in the story. I orignally purchased the book for my sister and me, but will now buy my grandchildren the book for Christmas, too. Joyce has an incredible way of weaving stories to hold the reader captive until the last word. A most enjoyable book for your library! |

| My little reader is a certified Dora lover and is very pleased with this book!
It is a well crafted colorful board book which is shaped like a Christmas tree with lift the flap features and shiny embellishments throughout. |

| This is a really cute story about how two different monkeys see the world. It is very clever and a fun, rhyming read-aloud. My 18 month old son loves this book read to him. There is a line in the book that is repeated often that says "Don't be daft"...well, my son doesn't know what "daft" means since people in the United States don't typically use that word...so I substitute "Don't be silly" and he understands what I'm talking about and gets a big kick out of it!! |

| This is a nice little version of Disney's Sleeping Beauty, but be aware - it is a coloring book. I thought I was buying a regular paperback Golden Book. Was I surprised! As far as coloring books go, it is a nice one. The story of Sleeping Beauty is told from beginning to end. There is a wide variety of things to color - animals, fairies, people. | I like this version much better than the original. The biggest reason is that the text matches up better with the pictures. In the original, sentences ran from one page to the next, making it hard to read aloud. In addition, the vocabulary used is simpler for young children (my daughter is currently two years old and has been enjoying this book for many months now.) |

| This is such a beautiful story. I originally found the larger book and was thrilled to also find a board book for smaller children. I help teach a 2-year-old Sunday School class and I gave each of them a copy of this book for Christmas. |

| Every page or two page spread has a number of photographs of animals, in various categories - giant ones, colorful ones, farm animals, that sort of thing.
Each animal is identified by one word. Just right for this age group, especially any baby or toddler who is really into animals. I recommend this book, and, really, the whole series. |

| I am an elementary teacher and I use these books in my class to supplement our Character Ed program (which isn't the greatest). My students love the Little Miss and Mr. Men books. I have to keep them behind my desk and let them "check them out" like library books or they fight over them. The are excellent to use in a pinch if you have a book that pertains to a problem that has developed in class (especially rudeness or bossiness). | I bought this book for my son for his 3rd birthday because he loves trucks and tractors so much. It is illustrated beautifully and fun to read. It's a very fun book to read out loud and each page is dedicated to one truck or machine. My son absolutely loves it! I would recommend for anyone with a little boy that loves trucks and tractors! |
