| This is a charming little book. I used it with my grandchildren to grow sun flowers. The book is an excellent way to show young children how the plant grows especially when they can't see what is happening. The fold out format is very cute but I think the paper used to make the book won't be very durable so I think the book will have a short life. But, it's fun and informative and young children loved it. |

| Trying to explain what cells are to a young child is hard. They can not imagine how tiny cells are and that there are billions of them in every part of our bodies. This book gives a great introduction and great illustrations so that a child can start to understand the concept of cells. There are no difficult medical terms which is good.
