| Perfect for aspiring flower girls and princesses with pluck! We checked this out of our local library and had to buy it afterwards. Lilly is hilarious, sweet, and vulnerable all at once in this story. We got a price $5.00 off what's listed on the cover (yay!) and made our three year old girl quite happy. Wish we could find an edition with a CD available -- our daughter listened to the library one at least 20 times and knew it by heart (she even remembers the author's name). |

| I do not recommend this audiobook. The narrators are unimaginative and the background music is too loud. My daughter loves audiobooks but doesn't even get through one of these stories before losing interest. The audiobook Lilly and the Plastic Purse collection is by far her favorite. The difference between the narration of Berenstain and Lilly is remarkable. |

| This might be a great book. It's a Newberry Medal winner after all and recommended by many people including teachers and librarians. So I trusted it should be good for my children. But when my 10-year-old daughter got this book from her teacher in her classroom and read the book upto page 102, she said, "Mom, this part is so gross!" | This is totally up my fairy tale alley! I love the idea of the continuation of the fairy tale and I love just how real and likeable the poor Frog Prince came. This book has many fairy tale references mixed with pop culture that are just hilarious, and yet there is plenty of heart and a very sweet message. |

| I read this book not too long ago, and I thought it was really great. If I've ever read a book set in this time, I think the Stone Age, then I've forgotten it. Wolf Brother is well written and believable. The story pulls you in, and keeps you reading until the end. It's a hard book to pick up, but once you pick it up it's even harder to put it down. If you start reading it will pull you in, making it nearly impossible to stop until you've finished. The characters are well developed; I especially liked the parts from Wolf's point of view.
