| If you like vampire stories, this series rocks. Right on up there with the Twilight Series. Maybe not quite as good, but great reading. Highly recommended. Not just for teenagers. Good reading for older folks, too. |

| I think if you're in graduate school, you really need this book AND the APA manual. However, this manual is GREAT for helping with the formatting issues, which can be quite time consuming! It gives step-by-step directions for using your word processor to type papers, which the APA manual does not. |

| I bought this book when my daughter faced some serious lags in starting the school year--3 days into a new school and 6th grade, and she was out from an appendectomy. I knew we'd have to do some serious instruction at home to keep her up to speed. | After all the buzz, I finally decided to give this series a try. It is shallow, linear, simplistic and boring. Don't buy this book if you are looking for something along the lines of Tolkien, LeGuin, or even Rowling. You will be sadly disappointed. |

| Every few years I read this book over and love it every time. It is a great book to introduce kids to the plight of the Jews and non-Jews of German-occupied countries during WWII. My 10 year old read it and loved it too and it brought up a lot of questions. Highly recommended. |
