| Totally well written and adorable, this book has been a great springboard for my daughter to open up about her concerns for starting kindergarten in a few weeks. Love it and recommend it to all parents of children entering kindergarten. |

| This is a regular addition to our bedtime reading collection for our two sons (ages 5 and 4). The book is colorful, fast and fun to read.
Both of my kids already know their ABCs but that doesn't prevent them from enjoying this book and giggling like mad as they read these lines: "Skit skat skoodle doot. Flip flop flee..." "mamas and papas and uncles and aunts..." |

| Instead of purchasing birthday cards this year, I purchased several books and wrote a personal message inside the cover. | Having just returned from my local bookstore and being bombarded with all thinks pink and frilly in the children's section, I feel compelled to encourage you to buy this book for every girl and boy you know. This is a TRUE princess story, with a a princess who is strong, smart, independent, and self-assured, and who does not let anyone - a prince, society, ANYONE - define her. That's what we should be teaching all of our children! We need more books like this, and we need to read them to often. |

| A very beautifully illustrated smart book, WHAT DO YOU DO WITH A TAIL LIKE THIS helps kids think outside the box. My 3 year old daughter found it interesting the some creature have ears, mouth, etc. in other place then us humans. The book that starts with a question ends with wanting to ask more questions like the one my daughter asked, "Why do flies have 6 legs and spiders have 8?" I really couldn't answer why but I think this book helped her be more observant.

| Out of nowhere, my 2 year old started having trouble going to sleep and also waking up during the night. He cried and didn't want us to leave his room. I borrowed a bunch of bedtime stories from the library dealing with going to sleep and being afraid of the dark. We have read "Llama, Llama" every night for about a week now and his fears have subsided.
