| My 5 year old twin boys have just begun to enjoy this series of books after reading two of the Billy and Blaze books saved from my own childhood. I decided to complete the collection for them and have bought all the other books. These classic boy-and-faithful-horse-adventure stories have a timeless appeal that have been a joy to revisit for me and to discover for the first time for them. |

| Most remarkable about this book are the watercolor illustrations and depictions of just a regular happy home life with sing-song text. The book depicts a happy family with 2 happy young children. The mother is black, the father white. The parents each explain some racial differences to their kids as readers see them interact at home, with each parent and as a family. | I bought this one for the illustrations - and they are great. The story is ok, the concept is a good one. It just doesn't strike me or my kids as funny as it could be - at least not to us. I'd purchase it for fans of Tedd Arnold or for kids who love bathtime stories.... otherwise probably not. |

| Poppy has done it again ! Not onley does she save Ragweed's brother ,Rye , from a nasty batch of beavers ,
but she also saves Ragweed's family as well. I'd say this book is for someone who likes animals that's proabaly why I like it so much. |

| This is a basic cumulative tale. Walter finally jumps so high he falls through the floor, and as he goes on more and more residents of his apartment building fall with him, down and down in a rhyming fashion.

| I bought the book titled Ragweed for my granddaughter, who needed it for a summer reading project.She waited until the last minute to tell her mother, so I ordered it online at an unbelievable price and it came a few days later. The book was in great condition and everyone was happy.
