| I was disappointed with Deathly Hallows. The book for the most part is an engaging and entertaining read, but I felt the ending was a letdown. JK Rowling has shown herself over the course of the previous six books to be a master of the surprise twist, of taking the expected, the conventional, and standing it on its head; in comparison, the conclusion here feels flat and cliche to me. | This book was brilliant. It made me want to be a writer. It is of the Harry Potter persuasion (written for young adults/adults will enjoy), but of vampires and better. I devoured this book and the following 2 in the series in days. I can't wait for the fourth to come out August 2, 2008 and the movie made from this first book in December 2008.
One issue: It is not very clear the order of the books, so be sure to read Twilight first, New Moon second, Eclipse third and Breaking Dawn fourth. ... Read More: |

| People have been telling me to read Harry Potter since I was in high school ten years ago. I finally started reading the series this weekend after my running buddy convinced me to, and I have already finished the first three. JK Rowling is really clever and witty. I know her intended audience is kids, but I think they are appropriate for all ages. | He should have stopped at #4 really.. 5 just went too far and this one is kind of ridiculous. Sure it's got the same nice balance of humor and action, but I just kept finding myself asking why on earth this book was written at all. Sure, big picture it's good, but for Colfer, it's just doesn't measure up to most of the others. |

| This cd is a miracle. I have a four year old and a six year old who have a very difficult time falling asleep and allowing themselves to relax. It is a struggle every night. If I didn't see this for myself, I would have never believed it. Within ten minutes, both of my children were fast asleep. Lori's voice is very relaxing and I can't wait to order another cd. |

| I just love the characters in this series. Ms. Meyer has developed them in such a way that I can't wait to see what they are going to do next. I didn't get bored with this book at all (like I did in the first half of "Twilight"). It moved quickly, and was a smooth, easy, and really fun read. Not complicated(actually a little superficial), but hey, that made it all the more enjoyable. I have read my share of complicated and depressing. | I am 34 years old so these books are not just for young adult. I have been addicted since the first book (Twilight). I recommend them all in order. I would not consider myself an avid reader or a vampire fan - I finished the first three books in less than a week! |

| 10 year old daughter loves this cd, my 5 year old son yells no I don't want it. Speaker tells stories with key words such as "calm" "happy" "beautiful" "smart" she speaks slowly and calmly - I personally find it relaxing and I could fall asleep to it. |
