| This book has completely changed how I choose food--and I thought I already knew a lot about healthy eating. Now I know how to maximize nutrition even in the foods I already eat (like melon and broccoli) by how I cook and store them. I have seen a real difference in my nails and hair, and my eye doctor recently told me, after examining my eyes, "Whatever you're doing, keep doing it."

| How to rate this book was difficult as there were portions that I enjoyed. But by the time the friend came to visit from Arizona and I heard again about the waste of gas to bring food I felt I had been preached to too much. A shortened version of this book would be better. |

| I found Giada's new cookbook to be a refreshing change from her earlier cookbooks (although I loved them as well!). The recipes seem easy to prepare and although they are elegant enough for special occasions I would make a lot of them during the week. Well done, Giada! Thank you! |

I had no idea it was sooooo thick! For around $10.00 I thought for sure it was only going to be around 30 pages. This book has a variety of really fun, really creative non-holiday cupcakes that would be fun for parties, baby showers, just-for-fun projects and the list goes on. | This cookbook is great and provided me with great stuff for my husband and I to eat. Trying to get Coach D to eat healthy is kinda hard. So if I fill him up on these great dishes, maybe I can keep him healthy. Most of the recipes are easy and quick to fix. |
