| Great story, not as exciting as the first few, but it does keep you going. I have read all the Womens Murder Club and this one was my least favorite but I still loved it. I am getting high expectations. C'mon James Patterson give us some more of that great stuff! |

There was a root problem with this novel that I was never able to overcome. How could Lauren witness her husband violently beating (and apparently ultimately killing) a man without becoming remotely concerned about his character? Wasn't she concerned about the safety of herself and her unborn child knowing what Paul was capable of? Her only concern was how to cover up his crime??? | This is a great book for both adults, teens, and pre-teens. (Age 10+)
Original story unlike one I have read before. This is fiction, though, so you must keep an open mind when reading this book and the entire series. (For example, look at the cover and you will see that the girl has wings and is flying.) I had heard of this series since I have read other books by James Patterson. | I really liked this book. The story of a girl who falls in love with her imaginary best friend (who somehow becomes real) is a nice idea for an "imaginary plot", and it was light, easy reading. I read it in a day. To be honest, I checked it out from the library since it's so short. If you like love stories, you will like this sweet story. I did not get a James Patterson feeling from the book though, (and it does have a co-writer). If you're looking for more of a Patterson-type book, this may not be your cup of ... Read More: |

| Patterson and Paetro gave it away on the dust jacket blurb, "The Women's Murder Club faces an unspeakable horror in an irresistible hospital and courtroom thriller ...". The problem is, they weren't talking about one novel being two things at once. They were talking about two separate novellas that had nothing to do with one another being tossed into a blender and combined into a single novel.

| this is probably the most shocking ALEX CROSS yet.....
i was so shocked with the last few sentences of this book that i had to re-read what i just read............ and the next thing you know i am already somewhere in the middle of VIOLETS ARE BLUE.......... such a GOOD read.............. maybe not so PAtterson-like but still a fine book............... |

| maybe its because i read this book after such a long time after Patterson's previous book.... i was HOOKED and enjoyed it tremendously........
though it had no well desciptions and Gruesome narration it still is thrilling and entertaing throughout.............. |
