| My daughter is 18 months old and this is her favorite book. She brings it to me to read 10 times a day. It also happens to be her favorite song. It's fun and I highly recommend this sturdy little board book. |

| I love the pictures in this book. They are clear and appealing to the toddler. The bad rhythm and rhyming structure, though, is jarring. In addition, the book focuses on failure a lot more than success. The baby keeps trying to go on the potty and things just don't work out for him. He finally does in the end, but I get the sense that it makes the process seem a little scary. |

| For someone that repeatedly proclaims his writing expertise I was very disappointed with this book. It is a rambling, self-centered pity party. I read "Beautiful Boy" and thought that it was an excellent book that successfully portrayed the horrible struggle that parents have when their children start using drugs - the out of control aspect, the helplessness, the grief - this book really showed them all.

| I will say that my daughter did like this book. It's a "peek-a-boo" type book. The problem is that, of course, babies want to open and close the flaps themselves, and these flaps are thin, flimsy and hard for little baby fingers to get a hold of (and avoid ripping or curlling once they do). Many of our flaps are missing, but the kids still read this book from time to time.
It would be better if it was a little sturdier. |

| After reading many reviews on here, I bought this book wondering what I'd get. It seems that most reviews here are either very strongly liking this book or very strongly not liking it (it's a kid's book for gosh sakes!)
Anyway, my son loves this book! It's the perfect size to hand him in the car or leaf through and talk about at a restaurant while waiting for food. | I've purchased a lot of potty books and this one is just ok. My daughter enjoys the pictures. There's not much to read (which can be good), but the phrasing is a little...I'm not sure of the right word, maybe just different. I kind of throw in my own words on each page and my daughter seems to enjoy my version.
My daughter has two other potty books she likes better: Tinkle, Tinkle, Little Tot and The Potty Book for Girls. Hope my review helps. |

| I used this book for my tenth grade geometry class. At first glance it seems to have helpful examples and explanations, but the author actually only explains a few of the postulates and theorems. Many explanations towards the end of the book are very short or just not given as if the author grew lazy. It has plenty of practice problems, but little to no preparation for them.
