| This book is very entertaining to see just how bad fast food and other restaraunt's food is. You can finish reading this book in about an hour though, and then it's practical use is over. Buy this if you want a one-time eye opener and awe-factor to the reality of eating out. If you are looking for a tool to help lose weight, I suggest the complete calorie guides by Calorie King and Biggest loser. | You: Being Beautiful could as easily have been called You: Being Healthy. Roizen and Oz write: "We all want to look beautiful, feel beautiful, and be beautiful." I'm not sure how many men would admit to that, but substitute "feel my best" and "healthy" for "beautiful," and this describes the book. It is as much a book for men as it is for women, too.

I loved the true to life models you used in the book and the coffe table look that brings the importance of sexuality and sexual function and satisfaction into the forefront of our daily lives. | The point of this book, that different people need to be showed love in different ways, is a solid one. I've been telling my husband that for years! I certainly wasn't telling him as clearly as Chapman describes in this book, though.

| Here is a flavor of campaign book I didn't previously know existed. Sen. Daschle is not running for an elected office, but seems now to have attained the goal behind the book - Secretary of Health and Human Services, and White House go-to guy for healthcare reform. The book gains a great deal of importance because of these recent appointments.
