| I started reading this book to my son when he was 12 months old and since then he has always loved reading it. The words are flowy and interesting enough to capture his attention. A definate must have in a toddlers bookshelf! |

| This is a good book about the adventures Corduroy goes on in order to find a button. He *doesn't* find a button, but that's all right - a little (African-American, if that's relevant) girl takes him home anyway. "I like you just the way you are!"
I do find that Corduroy's dialog is a little sappy, and it's somewhat weird to me that he can actually talk to Lisa, but it's still a good book. |

| 'Totoro' was the first thought that entered my mind when I saw this book. The author must have had some influence from the animation and nothing wrong with that. It is a beautifully water colored book and the familiar stories that I've heard as a child. |

| I love all the Bear books from Karma. The rhythm and rhyming is excellent, making them such a joy to read. My older kids like to read along or at least read the title line in each verse, and the little ones like the beautiful illustrations. The story is great. For my kids it makes them feel good to know that even their trusted friend Bear gets scared, so they are not alone. I highly recommend this, and all of Mrs. Wilson's books. |

| Although the rhymes as nice and the content of picking various berries come into play - I think the pages are way too busy with lots of illustrations that distracts the story and causes focus problems. |

| I've reviewed many of the Berenstain Bears books available at Amazon. I mix these books into the bedtime reading rotation for our two young sons. I like these books because they allow me to review manners, morales and important lessons at the end of the day.

| I bought this book together with "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" a couple of days ago, and my 3y.o. kid loves them both. My son helps me read out loud and is learning complicated words like "boa constrictor". It's very simple and great for introducing new animals and new words (such as "roaring" or "hissing"), we have a lot of fun reading it together every day. |

| I slip this book into the bedtime rotation a couple times per month. Of all the Berenstain Bears books, this one elicits the most uncomfortable looks from my two, young boys.
That said, the book touches on the value of the truth as well as the problems that result from being a tattler.
