| I don't understand how there are so many positive reviews of this book! It's awful. Simply awful. There is nothing positive about this book at all.
I'm trying to teach my son how to be content with what he has and things that come his way. (Heck, I'm still trying to learn that myself.) | I've had the first installment of the series in my possession since the year it came out. With all of the hype that surrounded it, I was eager to read it, yet kept putting it off. Now, it's a popular TV series (one of my FAVORITES by the way) and I decided that since I am hooked on the show, why not give the book(s) a try.

| I loved this classic French novel by Jules Verne and found it to be very entertaining from start to finish! I was very surprised that I would enjoy this book as much as I did.... I figured "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea", like many classic novels, would be boring, but Jules Verne is a marvelous storyteller. He imbues this novel with lots of intrigue and mystery as you wonder how the story will unfold... | This is one of my most cherished books from childhood. I always wished that a train would pull up to my house one night and whisk me away to see Santa Claus. The illustrations are wonderful as well. Around Christmas time I still like to make some hot chocolate and sit down and re-read this book. |

| All I can say is that I loved the book! At first I thought the books could never amount to the greatness of the show but when I started to read I got hooked! The first book I read was "Don't Forget About Me," which was bought by a friend for me since she knew I was obsessed with the show. After reading it I was motivated to buy "It Had to Be You" and now after reading it I want to read ALL OF THE BOOKS. "It Had to Be You" was extremely interesting. | I just read this book for the first time to my 7 year old son. We recently re-read the original Alexander tale and he wanted to find the others in the "series" that he saw on the back cover. For my part, I have been searching for books that teach children about money, so this was great fun to read together.
