| The pictures inside and the story may be uber-cute but doesn't anyone find the cover picture a little bit JonBenet Ramsey creepy? It's basically what makes me reluctant to give this to any little girl. |

| My 2 year old son loves this book! The rhymes on each page are very soothing and the pictures are detailed and engaging. I thought it would be too old for him, but he likes it more every time we read it to him. We also pick out unexpected things in the pictures -- the bunny rabbit here, the slice of watermellon at the BBQ, etc. I highly recommend it! |

| If you have a two year old at your house these books are a wonderful addition to your library. Our grandson was entranced by these books, which I enjoyed reading to him. He continues to ask for the "bear" book over and over and will actually sit in my lap for an entire reading. He has also learned more about colors and animals through these little books that he can hold while I read. |

| My daughter is almost 5 and is a pink freak! She won't leave the house unless she is wearng pink from head to toe. Needless to say, this book was a big hit for her. A fun story that girls will enjoy regardless of their love for pink! |

| I've heard for several years the absolute wonder of this book. And finally I get around to reading it. What a joy to do that! This book is thoroughly adorable, packing heart I did not quite expect as well as an incredible blend of illustration and photograph. While I warn that certain ages of children may not be as impressed with it as others will, it's a wonderful book for whomever will listen. |

| I bought this book because I thought it was cute (the cover intrigued me). I took it to my classroom to share with my lst grade students. They got so excited about it that they thought our class should start a word collection. So I drug out old magazines & newspapers and we began to clip and save the most fascinating words we could find. Then we decided that we should try to invent some sentences just like Max did. | we bought this bible on a friend's recommendation, and I am really happy with it. we read it to our 3 year old, and each story is short enough and simple enough to hold her attention, yet I think it is probably appropriate for up to 7 or 8 year olds too. each chapter points to the gospel and Jesus' coming as part of God's plan.
this is the best childrens bible I have seen yet. |

| Fancy Nancy is delightful & this book does not disappoint. One very clever note I wanted to point out to all of you parents reading this book to your daughters...Nancy's dad says the dog is a LaSalle Spaniel - if you turn back a couple of pages you'll see that the animal shelter is the "LaSalle Street Animal Shelter" - TOO cute (I missed it the first few reads ;-)) |
