| My name is Max Mordini and I just get finished reading Nasty. Well I didn't know what was in store for me until I opened the book and realized that it was backwards and upside down. This right away caught my eye that the author was a funny guy. I also didn't know that the book was filled with 43 little halarious storys; I guess. | I stayed up far too late finishing this book because I enjoyed it so much. Unlike most middle grade books, this one does not wallow in the usual death/disease/divorce/drugs themes. Instead, it presents the relationship between 11-year-old Dundan Peckle and his mysterious rascal of an uncle, a man who has many tales of his adventures around the world. But sometimes the details aren't quite right, and that makes Duncan wonder...
