| "Brisingr," the third in the "Inheritance Cycle," is yet another example of the Devil's plot to corrupt the minds of everyone on Earth. As ludicrous as this might sound, it is true. The Bible specifically says that Satan works to deceive people, especially in the Last Days, in which we now find ourselves.

| "Eldest," second in the "Inheritance Cycle," is nothing more than a glorified clone of the excellent author J.R.R. Tolkien, who actually wrote well for a change. Christopher Paolini is NOT a good author and he writes demonic books that seem okay on the outside but are dark with evil on the inside. | I'm on the third book now and cannot put it down. This is a trilogy that anyone who has enjoyed Lord of the Rings, or other authors such as Jordon, Brooks or Donaldson, will love. Strongly recommended! |

| Paolini has a fabulous story in the Inheritance series, and Eragon is largely devoted to setting up questions that are to follow the reader through the later books. While Eragon does drag in a few places, I liked it well enough to read the later books, and this is an excellent series. If you enjoy fantasy like Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, or Harry Potter, these books will be right up your alley. |

| Ive read all 3 books thus far and i hae to say that these have made it onto my top list.
most people keep saying that the book is full of grammatical and other mistakes. But im no english scholar. i dont read books to look for misprininting or mistakes, i read them to get away from the world, and relax. i believe that is why most parents wont allow thire kids to read great books such as this. would you rather ave your kids playing GTA4, or reading this book? |

Mix together equal parts "Star Wars" and J.R.R. Tolkien, then add a generous helping of Anne McCaffrey's dragon-riders and a few random shreds of Garth Nix. Obviously originality is not Christopher Paolini's strong suit, since the omnibus of "Eragon" and "Eldest" is brimming over with fantasy cliches. Well, since my version hasn't shipped yet, I can't say that I've read it, but I guess since I read the first two separately, that I can kind of guess what's going to happen.
